There are, of course, many commercial real estate companies in Los Angeles. Here are some of the most prevalent ones here in Downtown LA that we tend to see around the most: CBRE (mostly for sales deals and lease activity in new Downtown), Lee & Associates (mostly Arts District), Avison Young (retail), Daum Commercial (Fashion District), Quantum (Fashion District), Major Properties (Fashion District), and those are the ones off the top of my head. I didn’t mention any of the ones that specialize in tenant representation, mostly for class-a office, because we don’t come across them too often, and most of our clients seem to have a lot of interest in class-a office space anyway.
